Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) team in Pasadena, CA. You will oversee multiple client engagements, review complex returns, manage staff and conduct research, while fostering professional growth among team members.

The role offers a hybrid work model with offices in selective locations, and opportunities to lead tax projects across individuals, partnerships, and corporations in a high‑growth firm known for its culture and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 4+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or public/Corporate mix.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and develop associates and seniors.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
• Build relationships with clients and firm leadership.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Stay updated on tax laws and apply knowledge to client engagements.
