Job summary

EisnerAmper in New York is seeking a Tax Partner for our Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role focuses on delivering integrated tax advisory and compliance for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses.

You will lead complex client relationships, drive growth through origination, and mentor tax professionals as part of the PCS leadership team, while embracing innovation and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
• CPA or JD
• 15+ years of progressive tax experience within public accounting
• Minimum of 2 years in a Partner or Director-level role at a public accounting firm
• Extensive experience advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held or entrepreneurial businesses
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and engagement leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax compliance and advisory engagements for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses
• Provide partner-level review, oversight, and sign-off on federal, state, and local returns
• Advise clients on tax planning opportunities and regulatory changes
• Grow client relationships and originate new engagements
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and delivery of tax services
• Mentor and develop senior professionals and future leaders
• Lead firm initiatives, including technology adoption and process improvements
• Translate evolving tax laws into actionable client insights
