The Tax Accountant I, Sales and Use assists with sales and use tax compliance including tax filings, research, audit support, and liability reviews for multiple entities completing new construction development, general contractor activity, property renovations, repairs, maintenance, and property management for a large portfolio of single-family residential rental properties and related amenities across many states.

BS in Accounting/Finance required, must have 1-2 years experience in a similar role, must be able to work in a fast paced industry within a corporate environment
