Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and management reports.
• Perform account reconciliations, research discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial records.

• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure transactions are properly classified.
• Analyze revenues, expenses, costs, commitments, and other financial activity to identify trends.
• Assist with tax preparation, compliance requirements, audits, documentation, and process improvements.

• Salary range: $99,000 to $128,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prepare financial statements, accounting reports, reconciliations, and account analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, tax preparation, and audit activities.
• Maintain accounting processes, chart of accounts, documentation, and financial records.
• Partner with leadership and internal teams to resolve accounting questions and improve reporting accuracy.
• 6 to 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior accountant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and fundamental accounting principles.
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Strong reconciliation, account analysis, and discrepancy research skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with accounting or financial management software.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly to both accounting and non-accounting teams.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential financial information.

Preferred Qualifications
