Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, customer success or customer-facing technical role.
• Strong DevOps/Cloud/Kubernetes/Containers/Docker background.
• Experience with SAAS B2B software products.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to manage complex integrations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding from integrations to trainings and troubleshooting.
• Resolve technical issues by adopting the platform and integrations.
• Understand customer requirements to create artifacts and deliver value.
• Build a game plan per customer to drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with technical counterparts to drive adoption.
• Advocate for customer needs to influence product roadmap.
