Job summary

The candidate will partner with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to build long-term sourcing strategies, maintain candidate databases, and represent Yale at events. A strong emphasis on DEIB and community engagement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and four years of professional human resources experience or an equivalent education or experience in a related field.
• Experience in sourcing, recruiting, or related roles with emphasis on networking and community engagement.
• Knowledge of DEIB principles and practices and commitment to inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intake meetings with the TA Partner and Hiring Manager to understand needs and consult on sourcing.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategy.
• Partner with functional leaders/TA Partners to ensure long-term strategic sourcing plans.
• Advise Hiring Managers on posting content and platforms; post opportunities on sources.
• Identify and obtain information about potential candidates to meet demand.
• Leverage sourcing tools to source passive candidates.
