Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a Talent Sourcer based in Chicago or Brooklyn to identify and engage top technical talent. You will build pipelines, use LinkedIn Recruiter, Eightfold, and other tools, and collaborate with recruiters to fill open roles across AI/ML, data, and product domains.

The role requires 3+ years of sourcing experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong communication, time-management, and ownership mindset. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of talent sourcing experience.
• Proven experience sourcing technical talent (software/data engineers, data scientists, AI/ML roles) strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Excellent time and project management with high-volume recruiting.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, quality-driven, ownership mentality.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS and/or Eightfold a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Build robust and high-quality talent pipelines with a primary focus on technical talent, including AI-focused roles and broader tech and product roles.
• Use sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Eightfold, social media) to identify pools of talent for roles.
• Understand talent landscape and build competitive intelligence of companies and candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters to identify top talent and deliver on sourcing strategy.
• Work with Talent Sourcing Senior Manager to understand openings and fulfill requisitions.
• Manage talent pool activity and share data-centric updates with recruiters.
• Perform initial contact and conduct preliminary screenings.
• Be flexible to engage in sourcing initiatives across experienced and specialty roles.
• Work with Experienced and Specialty Talent team led by a Talent Acquisition Senior Director.
