Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and four years of professional HR experience or equivalent.
• Strong research capabilities and talent sourcing expertise.
• Data analytics skills to translate insights into strategies.
• Experience with ATS Workday and CRM Phenom.
• Commitment to DEIB in the workplace.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intake meetings with the TA Partner and Hiring Manager to define needs.
• Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategy.
• Advise on posting content and platforms for opportunities.
• Identify potential candidates to meet demand.
• Utilize sourcing tools and methodologies to find passive candidates.
• Review resumes and pre-screen candidates.
• Monitor sourcing strategy effectiveness and maintain candidate database.
• Collaborate with TA Partners to represent Yale at events.
