Corpay is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing efforts across operations and sales in the NA region. The role reports to the Director of Talent Sourcing and mentors a team of sourcers, collaborating with HR leadership to drive data-driven updates.

The position supports hybrid work arrangements in the US, including Peachtree Corners, GA or Brentwood, TN, with company-issued equipment and formal training provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading talent acquisition sourcers and teams across North America.
• Proven ability to source and recruit for sales and IT roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Dayforce or Workday ATS and recruiting analytics.
• Proficiency with Indeed and LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for operations and sales roles.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels to build candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interview activity and manage candidate communication.
