Corpay is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing efforts across operations and sales in a hybrid environment. You will mentor sourcers and partner with HR leaders to drive data-driven recruiting updates.

Based in Peachtree Corners, GA or Brentwood, TN, this role emphasizes leadership, candidate pipeline development, and effective stakeholder management across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience for North America.
• Experience sourcing across sales and IT functions.
• Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, specifically Dayforce or Workday and recruiting analytics.
• Advanced proficiency using Indeed and LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for operations and sales roles.
• Leveraging multiple sourcing channels and tools to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Coordinating interview activity and managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Providing data-driven recruiting updates and insights to HR leadership.
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of talent acquisition sourcers.
• Managing additional recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives.
