Corpay is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring across Sales and Technology divisions in a hybrid Brentwood, TN role with option for Peachtree Corners, GA. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, build pipelines across technology and sales, mentor sourcers, and partner with Talent Acquisition teams.

You will lead interview coordination, provide data-driven recruiting updates to HR leadership, and manage recruiting projects and process improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in North America-region recruiting.
• Experience sourcing and/or recruiting across technology and sales functions.
• Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, specifically Dayforce or Workday, plus recruiting analytics.
• Advanced sourcing proficiency using Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Reporting and collaboration: This role reports to the Director of Talent Sourcing and involves regular collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners.
