Corpay is actively seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Sourcer to lead sourcing for operations and sales, mentoring a team of sourcers across two US offices. The role collaborates with HR and Talent Acquisitions Partners, driving full-cycle recruitment and strategy.

You will leverage Dayforce or Workday and major sourcing platforms to build pipelines, report updates, and optimize processes. Hybrid work and company equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience for North America.
• Experience sourcing/recruiting across technology and sales.
• Leadership or team lead experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS Dayforce or Workday and recruiting analytics.
• Advanced proficiency using Indeed and LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Lead Talent Acquisition Sourcer within our Sales and Technology divisions. This position falls under our Corporate line of business and is located in our Peachtree Corners, GA or Brentwood, TN office. In this role, you will lead sourcing efforts across operations and sales while managing and mentoring sourcers. You will report directly to Director of Talent Sourcing and regularly collaborate with Talent Acquisitions Partners.
