Altria Client Services in Richmond, VA is seeking an Associate Manager, Talent Solutions to join our H2R Talent Solutions team on a hybrid schedule. You will translate business priorities into clear requirements for our SAP SuccessFactors AMS partner, coordinate testing, and help run compensation and performance cycles smoothly.

With relocation benefits, you will partner with business leaders, advise on optimization, and lead readiness activities across cycles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems or a related field.
4+ years of experience with Tier 1 HRIS Platforms (SAP, Workday or Oracle).
At least 2 years configuring SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into requirements for the AMS partner.
Advise on Compensation templates, eligibility, budgets, and approval routes to improve accuracy.
Evaluate Performance Management proposals including forms, goals, and workflows.
Coordinate user acceptance testing for AMS-delivered changes and track defects.
Diagnose system issues, gather evidence, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive resolution.
Lead business readiness for compensation and performance cycles with clear communications.
Identify improvements from feedback to strengthen usability, standardization, and data integrity.
