Altria Group is seeking an Associate Manager, People Planning to join the Workforce Analytics & Planning team. Based remotely in the US, this role supports talent and workforce planning initiatives and partners with HR and business leaders to align manpower with strategic goals.

You will develop planning tools, apply analytics and models, manage the skills framework, and monitor key metrics. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in analytics or workforce planning; SQL, Excel, and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, Statistics, Math, Economics, Engineering, IO Psychology, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in financial planning, analytics, workforce planning, or HR analytics.
• Experience leading skills-based planning initiatives; ability to leverage external talent intelligence.
• Proficiency in HR tech platforms and analytical tools; SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align current and future talent needs with strategic enterprise goals.
• Develop and improve people planning tools, databases, policies and practices.
• Apply data analytics and models to generate insights for talent decision-making.
