Job summary

Corporation Service Company (CSC) in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Talent Partner in Learning & Development to drive program delivery and management across units. This role partners with P&C and business stakeholders to shape induction, orientation, talent, and development initiatives.

Hybrid work with three days onsite and two days remote; hours 8am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday. You will report to the Talent Leader and oversee cross-functional L&D projects and analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Learning & Development or the Talent space.
• Passion for helping people learn and grow.
• Knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build partnerships with senior leaders.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in program management and handling multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Business Unit / Shared Services learning initiatives.
• Facilitate and program manage various learning and development programs.
• Partner with P&C to gauge learning needs and execute learning plans.
• Develop tools, data, analytics, and dashboards to report on programs.
• Be the trusted advisor for learning, development, and capability building.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and global L&D programs.
