Job summary

CSC is seeking a Talent Partner in Learning & Development at our Global HQ in Wilmington, DE. The role focuses on facilitation and program management of a broad range of learning and development programs across Business Units and Shared Services.

This hybrid position reports to the Talent Leader of the relevant unit, collaborating with P&C and stakeholders to drive impactful programs. You will design, facilitate, and manage induction, orientation, talent, and development initiatives, while

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Learning & Development or the Talent space.
• Experience in designing and delivering induction, orientation, and development programs.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities; ability to partner with senior leaders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and program manage learning initiatives across Business Units and Shared Services.
• Partner with People and Culture to design, facilitate and manage learning programs.
• Develop data, analytics, and dashboards to report L&D practices and offerings.
• Support cross-functional projects and vendor management as required.
• Be the trusted advisor for learning and capability building across units.
