Job summary

DigiKey Electronics is seeking a Talent Analyst to leverage workforce data and employee insights to guide talent decisions across acquisition, engagement, development, retention, and organizational effectiveness. The role blends analytics with strategic HR leadership.

You'll build dashboards, analyze surveys, partner with HR leaders, and use Workday, Qualtrics, Power BI, and other tools to deliver actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, I/O psychology, data analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR analytics or a related data-focused role.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Workday, and Qualtrics.
• Experience with Python or R for analytics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to develop, engage, and retain talent.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and visualizations covering turnover, engagement, internal mobility, succession strength, performance, and hiring effectiveness.
• Design and analyze employee surveys to generate meaningful insights.
• Consult with HR leadership on best practices in talent management, engagement, and leadership development.
• Measure the effectiveness of talent programs and recommend improvements.
• Support the design of talent management practices, engagement strategies, organizational development initiatives, and performance reviews.
• Leverage HRIS (Workday), survey platforms (Qualtrics), and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) for accurate reporting.
