Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in HR analytics or related area.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to drive insights.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decisions.
• Familiarity with HR and payroll processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses of HR, Payroll and related data to identify trends and root causes.
• Design and implement analytical tools and dashboards for HR decision making.
• Gather requirements, manage project plans, and communicate progress to IT and HR teams.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visuals to educate business leaders on findings.
• Promote use of HR data assets and analytics across the organization.
