Job summary

CalOptima is seeking an As-Needed / Temp Talent Staffing Representative in HR - Talent to drive recruitment, coordinate interviews, and support telework operations. You will work closely with hiring managers, develop networks, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring clear communication and strategic staffing solutions.

The role includes 60% focus on Talent Acquisition, 30% Telework duties, and some additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field plus
• 3 years HR or related administration experience, with 2 in recruiting or staffing
• Experience with ATS and vendor management systems preferred

Responsibilities

• 60% Talent Acquisition activities and recruitment process management.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with hiring managers.
• Provide interview training and support to managers.
• Support pay rate analyses and job offers for approvals.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and collaborate on process improvements.
• Oversee telework program operations and policy adherence.
