CalOptima Health is seeking a Talent Staffing Representative (HR) to advance our mission in serving member health with dignity. This role focuses on 60% talent acquisition, 30% telework oversight, and 10% other duties within a full-office setting.

You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and help shape recruitment strategies while maintaining program integrity and data accuracy in HRIS systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, communications or related field.
• 3 years of HR or related administration experience with 2 of those years in recruiting or staffing.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and vendor management systems (VMS) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead talent acquisition activities and collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and interview processes.
• Coordinate telework program management, policy updates, and performance monitoring across departments.
• Support compensation analyses and salary offers using consistent methodologies and data.
