This hybrid role combines four in-office days with one remote day.

Responsibilities include partnering with line managers, sourcing passive candidates, negotiating offers, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with HRBPs.

Qualifications

• College degree or progressive recruitment experience.
• Minimum two years recruitment experience.
• Strong sales, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience identifying passive job seekers.

Responsabilités

• Act as a subject matter expert in talent attraction and candidate development.
• Work with line managers to build talent pipelines, interview, qualify, and recommend top candidates.
• Source and attract quality candidates and maintain applicant flow for current and future needs.
• Counsel managers on compensation packages and negotiate offers.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies; maintain data integrity.
• Develop relationships with HR partners and external contacts to support staffing.
