Job summary

IET Corporation in Hollywood, MD is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow our internal recruiting function as we expand. You will partner with People & Culture leadership to build processes, pipelines, and internship programs that support growth across the DMV region and beyond.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in recruiting, strong relationship-building skills, and comfort with travel to career fairs, schools, and partner organizations.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, employees, hiring managers, schools, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting process from sourcing through offer for assigned positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Create and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, schools, and partner organizations.
• Review applications and resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in BambooHR.
• Support recruiting needs across the DMV region and nationally/international projects as needed.
