Spectraforce is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Marlborough, MA. This full-time, 6-month assignment offers a hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence 2–3 days per week.

You will lead full lifecycle recruitment, collaborate with HRBPs, and focus on proactive and reactive talent strategies to attract diverse candidates. Ideal candidates have experience in interviewing, assessments, and recruiting professional roles, with finance recruiting being highly desirable.

• Experience conducting interviews and assessments.
• Experience recruiting professional-level roles.
• Finance recruiting experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle recruitment globally, including planning, attraction, assessment, and offers.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Candidate Experience for optimal hiring outcomes.
• Ensure data-driven performance through analytics and system compliance.
• Coach and develop team and wider community in recruitment best practices.
• Source and select candidates using diverse methods and platforms.
