You will collaborate with HR colleagues, manage external recruitment partners when needed, and use data to drive informed hiring decisions in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing capability using a range of platforms, tools and networking approaches.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to assess talent against business requirements and future potential.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
• Vendor and agency management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience at recruiting professional level positions, preferably in G&A - Finance, Legal etc

Responsabilidades

• Taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and HR to attract, engage, assess and secure top talent across Hologic.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Proactively sourcing and engaging diverse talent through multiple channels and innovative approaches.
• Advising and coaching stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
• Managing external recruitment partners and assessment providers where required.
• Leveraging recruitment data and market insights to drive informed hiring decisions.
• Ensuring process compliance and accurate use of recruitment systems and tools.
• Building talent pipelines for current and future needs.
