Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing capability using a range of platforms, tools and networking approaches.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to assess talent against business requirements and future potential.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
• Vendor and agency management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting professional level positions, preferably in G&A - Finance, Legal etc

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and HR to attract, engage, assess and secure top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Proactively source and engage diverse talent across channels.
• Act as a trusted advisor, coaching stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
• Manage external recruitment partners and assessment providers where required.
• Leverage recruitment data and market insights to drive informed decisions.
• Ensure process compliance and use of recruitment systems and tools.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
