Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or employer branding.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing paid digital/social campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) with external agencies.
• Solid background in marketing analytics, campaign tracking, attribution setup, and performance reporting.
• Proven track record managing multiple complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills for candidate attraction.
