Pharmaron's Downtown Baltimore Facility is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-time, full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. entities.

The role partners with department leaders to attract qualified candidates and implement effective staffing strategies in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will manage all recruitment phases, assist with job postings, screening, interviews, and offers, and ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in all phases of recruitment and staffing.
• Ability to partner with department managers to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Experience with posting jobs and screening applicants.
• Knowledge of employment laws and company policies.

Responsabilités

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all recruitment phases.
• Collaborates with managers to draft descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements recruiting methods based on the role and industry standards.
• Assists with job postings and advertisements.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews and prepares interview questions.
• Participates in the offer process, including salary ranges and start dates.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Supports internship programs and other recruiting activities.
