You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies and build relationships with candidates for a seamless process. The role focuses on individual contributors and hourly roles, with flexibility into salaried leader positions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Proven record of sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Primarily focused on individual contributors and hourly positions, with flex into salaried leaders as needed.
• Advise within the Talent Acquisition and HR function and remain collaborative.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews to evaluate skills and culture fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from outreach to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
