Job summary

DAS Health is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner in Tampa, FL to lead full-cycle recruiting for healthcare IT and related technology roles. You will build pipelines, partner with hiring leaders, design sourcing strategies, and deliver a candidate-centric, compliant hiring process that supports the company’s growth.

The role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic workforce planning, requiring strong collaboration across People Success, IT, and business units.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of full-cycle recruiting in healthcare IT or related fields.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to translate requirements into sourcing strategies and screening criteria.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across healthcare technology and related roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define requirements and strategies.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Coordinate interview processes and assessments.
• Maintain pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
• Advise on talent market, compensation alignment, and risks.
• Represent DAS Health at job fairs and universities.
