Sentry Insurance is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pools, and manage candidate relationships to fill roles efficiently. The role emphasizes collaboration, confidentiality, and high-quality hiring practices.

Hybrid work options are available, with in-office collaboration Tue–Thu. You’ll use traditional tools and networks to attract top talent and ensure staffing goals are met.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Solid understanding of fair employment practices and regulations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from workforce planning to final offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing strategies.
• Develop candidate pools and engage applicants through the hiring process.
• Advertise jobs via career sites, social media, and recruiting agencies.
• Source active and passive candidates through databases and networking.
• Screen resumes, verify references, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates per HR policies.
