Job summary

Sentry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Stevens Point, Wisconsin to own the full-cycle recruiting process. You will manage workforce planning, requisitions, candidate presentation, and pre-hire screens to final offers while partnering with hiring managers to build strong candidate pools.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 2 years of related experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
• Knowledge of fair employment practices and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong organizational, collaboration and follow-up skills.
• Discretion with confidential information and strong ethics.
• Strong relationship-building and management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from workforce planning to final offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing strategies.
• Develop relationships with candidates to keep them engaged.
• Attract applicants via job boards, social media, and agencies.
• Source active and passive candidates through networks and referrals.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, verifying references, and conducting initial interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panel.
• Communicate employment information to candidates per HR policies.
