Sentry Insurance Agency is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Wisconsin. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, collaborating with hiring managers to build strong candidate pools and ensure timely offers.

In this role, you’ll source active and passive candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics. A proactive, detail-oriented communicator will thrive in our team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
• Solid understanding of fair employment practices and regulations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle for positions from workforce planning to final offer letters.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships to meet staffing goals.
• Attract applicants via job postings, social media, and employment agencies.
• Source active and passive candidates through databases, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, verify references, conduct initial interviews, and perform background checks.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or panels.
• Communicate employment information to selected candidates within HR guidelines.
