Job summary

Proximo is seeking a Group Talent Acquisition & HR Administrator in Chester, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role focuses on attracting great talent, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and delivering a positive recruitment experience from first conversation to day one.

You'll gain exposure to onboarding, people administration, HR processes, and broader employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Interest in HR and employee lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define vacancies and create adverts.
• Screen candidates by phone and manage applicant communications.
• Coordinate interviews and support interview decisions.
• Maintain candidate records in BambooHR and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate offers and new-starter documentation.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR queries.
• Assist with HR reporting and processes.
