Job summary

Rent the Runway seeks a senior Talent Acquisition leader to oversee full-cycle recruiting for our US and Galway teams, including technology, operations, and customer experience. You will mentor a recruiting staff, partner with executives, and drive a proactive sourcing strategy to build a diverse, high-quality candidate slate.

You will own workforce planning, streamline interview processes, and leverage metrics to continuously improve talent outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition
• 4+ years leading successful teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred), LinkedIn and sourcing tools
• Experience in fast-paced, diverse environments with both hourly and salary roles

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for US and Galway offices
• Lead and mentor a recruiting team
• Develop and implement recruitment strategy for all functions
• Create proactive talent pipelines and innovative sourcing approaches
• Drive candidate experience and stakeholder partnerships
• Track and report hiring metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and leaders on workforce planning and budget
