Job summary

Rent the Runway is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to oversee all aspects of recruiting for our U.S. and Galway workforce, including corporate, tech, operations, and customer experience.

You'll manage and mentor a recruiting team, partner with leaders to align strategy with business goals, and pilot innovative processes to attract top talent. The role is office-centric in Brooklyn, NY with optional remote Fridays, offering a competitive base salary and a dynamic, fast-paced work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years in Talent Acquisition with at least 4 years leading successful teams.
• Experience in fast paced nimble environments with diverse employee populations (hourly and salary, tech and non-tech).
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and ability to build relationships with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full cycle recruiting for the company’s global employee base.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
• Develop recruitment strategy for each function and build a constant talent pipeline.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate and business partner experience with streamlined interviewing and feedback processes.
• Use data to track progress, surface metrics to leadership, and iterate recruiting strategy.
• Own leadership hires and critical roles as needed.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and leaders on workforce planning and budget.
