Job summary

CATHEXIS is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing TA team supporting federal government clients. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, this hybrid role requires three days in our Tysons, VA office and a proven ability to manage sourcing, scheduling, ATS administration, and candidate experience.

You will provide day-to-day TA operations, prepare postings and offer documents, track items, support events, and maintain data integrity in the ATS while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System and reporting.
• Ability to independently manage complex interview scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a high standard of professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Detail-oriented with confidential data handling.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to TA Specialists across active requisitions.
• Prepare requisition intake materials, job postings, and offer documentation.
• Track and follow up on candidate and hiring manager actions.
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, and sessions.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and assist with metrics.
• Coordinate interviews across candidates, specialists, and managers.
• Prepare interview materials and communicate with candidates.
