Job summary

CATHEXIS seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full‑lifecycle recruiting for cleared technical roles across our federal portfolio, with surge work for AI/ML Engineers and Data Scientists. This is a senior, strategic role, not a transactional recruiting seat.

The role is hybrid with two onsite days weekly in Tysons, VA. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and move candidates from first contact to offer with a data‑driven approach and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Full‑lifecycle IT/technical recruiting experience with a GovCon focus.
• Proven success recruiting AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and related roles.
• Experience sourcing cleared candidates (Secret/TS/TS‑SCI) and managing offers.

Responsibilities

• Own full‑lifecycle delivery for cleared technical requisitions and surge roles.
• Build and maintain pipelines for AI/ML and data science talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and provide market insights and advisory guidance.
