Job summary

CATHEXIS in Tysons, VA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the full recruiting lifecycle for federal government clients. You will source and schedule, maintain ATS data, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires meticulous organization, 2+ years of recruiting coordination, and strong communication. You will partner with TA specialists, recruiters, and hiring managers in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid work and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or HR operations in a high-volume setting.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, requisition management, candidate dispositioning, and reporting.
• Ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder interview scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to Talent Acquisition Specialists across active requisitions.
• Assist with requisition intake materials, job postings, and offer documentation.
• Track and follow up on candidate and hiring manager action items.
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, and candidate information sessions, including logistics.
