iTradeNetwork, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of our recruiting team.

You will own interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones, maintain Greenhouse data integrity, and serve as the first point of contact for candidates from outreach through onboarding. This role thrives on process, attention to detail, and delivering a superior candidate experience while keeping a fast-moving recruiting team on track.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in talent acquisition coordination or HR operations.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Comfort coordinating across time zones.
• Proficiency with Google/Outlook calendars.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple interviewers, hiring managers, and time zones, resolving calendar conflicts.
• Administer Greenhouse including data entry, candidate status updates, requisition tracking, and pipeline hygiene.
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, expenses, and reimbursements for onsite interviews.
• Prepare and send offers, initiate background checks, and manage onboarding paperwork with HR.
• Be the first point of contact for candidates with confirmations, reminders, and logistics questions.
• Post and maintain job openings on Greenhouse and external boards.
• Collect interviewer feedback and scorecards in Greenhouse for hiring decisions.
• Support employer branding via career fairs and recruiting events.
• Generate recruiting metrics and reports for leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance documentation is complete and filed.
