Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiters and help manage a growing team. This contract role is based out of Oakland, CA or Denver, CO with a hybrid model requiring two days in the office weekly.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and organized, ensuring a seamless interview experience for all candidates while maintaining data accuracy in Greenhouse and related tools.

Qualifications

• Experience arranging complex interview schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
• 2+ years in a customer-facing industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate complex interviews (phone, virtual, onsite).
• Manage logistics for the recruiting process (interviews, debriefs, travel, offers).
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
