The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication skills, experience with ATS, and proficiency in MS Office. This temporary-to-permanent, full-time role offers a hybrid schedule in Downtown Chicago.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Manage interview logistics, confirmations, reschedules, and follow-up communications.
• Post and update job openings across internal and external job boards and career sites.
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and expense reconciliation.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks and drug screens.
• Maintain recruitment records and ATS data accuracy.
• Process and track recruiting invoices and vendor payments.
