Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 0-2 years of recruiting coordination or related experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Post and manage job postings and requisitions in the ATS.
• Support candidate sourcing and build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire documentation.
• Process recruiting invoices and maintain records for compliance.
