Job summary

Bombardier Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for key roles in a fast-paced environment. You will design innovative recruitment strategies, source effectively, and coordinate interviews, negotiations, and onboarding to ensure a superior candidate experience.

You will analyze market trends, collaborate with managers, and influence stakeholders across departments to build a robust talent pipeline and support Bombardier's growth in aerospace and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including complex/high-volume roles.
• Experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing preferred; unionized environment a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong influencing skills and stakeholder relationship building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
