Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC seeks a Systems Support Technician to provide ongoing MIS user support by phone or on-site in the Metro Atlanta area. Responsibilities include provisioning, managing, and troubleshooting user access across mainframe, Unix/Linux, and Windows environments as part of the DHS OIT Security team.

Under supervision, you will create RACF IDs, reset passwords, and conduct periodic user re-certifications while enforcing security policies.

Qualifications

• Must be local to Metro Atlanta.
• Hybrid role with on-site and remote work as required.
• Familiarity with RACF, mainframe tools, and IT security concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create RACF IDs for DHS Mainframe users and manage user access across mainframe, Unix/Linux, and Windows environments.
• Provision, reset passwords, and troubleshoot issues for multiple DHS systems and applications.
• Conduct periodic user recertification and identify/inactivate unused accounts on a quarterly to quarterly basis.
• Enforce security policies and assist with state and federal audits; develop ad-hoc reports from application data.
