Qualifications

• BS degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent
• Experience analyzing government mainframe systems
• Experience managing mainframe user accounts and security for large gov't agencies
• Expertise with IBM RACF and Vanguard Security tools
• Experience with RACF audit and security review processes
• Ability to use incident ticket systems for tickets and requests
• Strong communication, time management and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead meetings and work with diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Maintaining mainframe RACF environment and monitoring security access patterns
• Creating and deleting user accounts on mainframe systems
• Confirming proper permissions to restrict access to sensitive data
• Work with Infrastructure Services to roll out security updates
• Serve as primary contact for RACF/security questions
• Provide regular reporting on production and UAT security issues
• Perform user and security audits of the RACF environment
• Potential ability to work on-call shifts to support batch processing
