Job summary

UMB Financial Corporation is seeking a Sr. Information Security Analyst to serve as a subject‑matter expert in access management across Mainframe and diverse environments.

You will balance daily operations with project work while participating in a 24/7 on‑call rotation to support UdMB systems. The role is hybrid, on-site Mon through Thu at the Technology & Operations Center in downtown Kansas City, MO, with Fri remote work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Information Technology field
• 7+ years in RACF, zOS Mainframe, LDAP, SQL/Oracle/DB2, CICS, Active Directory, Identity Management, Certificate Management, Unix System Services
• Experience relating business requirements and risks to technology implementation for security-related issues
• Advanced knowledge of SOX, GLBA and PCI requirements including maintaining documentation relating audit reviews

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level guidance and oversight over Mainframe security, including audits, upgrades and patching
• Identify and implement automated processes for monitoring and reports of security events
• Assist in training and mentoring new Information Security Administrators and Analysts
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot digital certificates across all Mainframe environments
• Respond promptly to incidents and audit efforts across the enterprise
• Review logs and reports to identify security violations and ensure access requests are fulfilled in ServiceNow
