Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Systems Sales Manager to lead district sales, develop long-term customer relationships, and maximize account penetration. You will oversee inside/outside sales processes, project profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting Trane systems linkage programs.

The role includes building high-performing teams, coaching Account Managers, and achieving annual objectives in profit, volume, margins, and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of related experience in a sales leadership role.
• Driver License valid in-state for 12 months with no major violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and district sales management and new customer acquisition.
• Measure customer satisfaction and manage pricing and marketing.
• Maximize account penetration, market share and customer retention.
• Hire and onboard new sales associates and assess skills.
• Set quotas and forecast sales; use Trane sales tools and systems.
