Responsibilities

• Lead customer and area sales management, new customer acquisition, and pricing strategy.
• Manage marketing, account penetration, and customer retention across contractor and engineering accounts.
• Coordinate training, set quotas, and ensure accurate sales forecasting with Trane tools.
• Lead high‑performance teams and collaborate with Account Managers to meet business goals.
• Attend joint customer meetings to identify new market growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance and coach Account Managers on effectiveness and profitability.
