Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of IT experience in desktop support, systems engineering, or a related technical environment.
• Strong end-user and desktop support across Windows, Office, devices, and workplace tech.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online and Intune.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy.
• Experience with endpoint protection or threat-management solutions.
• Basic understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).

Aufgaben

• Provide remote and onsite IT support to users across client environments.
• Manage and resolve support requests via ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot issues with Windows, Office, devices, and networks.
• Support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams, Entra ID).
• Assist with server, AD, GPO, identity, and endpoint-management topics.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and technical documentation.
• Follow security standards and change-control procedures.
• Communicate status and risks to users and teams.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on complex resolutions.
