Job summary

Ovation Healthcare in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, build, and support the end-user device infrastructure, including MEM, Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop. The role performs lifecycle validation, assesses technical constraints, and ensures solutions meet IT architecture standards.

You will provide Tier III end-user support to field services, procure devices, and collaborate with staff on project plans, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Microsoft Configuration Manager for Win Intel devices.
• 3+ years desktop virtualization experience with Windows 365 / Azure Virtual Desktop.
• 3+ years Print Server Management experience.
• 3+ years Tier III support experience.
• 3+ years documenting system designs and procedures.
• Experience collaborating with staff to develop plans, costs, and schedules.
• Experience on-call rotation required.
• HIPAA awareness or compliance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and build end-user systems to support business needs.
• Design end-user information systems aligned with IT architecture.
• Validate lifecycle of End User systems and assess constraints.
• Monitor End User system performance to optimize IT resources.
• Design, implement, manage, and support end-user technologies.
